1. To redeem your free photo book, you must provide a valid Member ID number. Disclaimer: This is a one time use gift redemption.
2. To customize and receive your free GlobeX Leisure & Travel photo book, you must create a free Mixbook account. This account is necessary to access Mixbook’s online design tools, upload your photos, and manage your project. If you do not create a Mixbook account, you will be unable to redeem this offer.
3. All sales and orders related to this free photo book offer are final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for an exchange. Please review your design and order details carefully before submission.
4. Your free photo book will be branded with the GlobeX Leisure & Travel logo and design elements. The customization options for this offer are limited to the provided template within the Mixbook platform. While you can personalize your photo selection and arrangement, significant alterations to the overall template design, including removing or altering GlobeX Leisure & Travel branding, are not permitted.
5. Recipient is responsible for uploading photos that meet the necessary qualifications for print quality. For best results, Mixbook recommends photos be:
   • File Format: .JPG / .JPEG (preferred), .HEIC, or .PNG.
   • Resolution/Quality: At least 4MB at 300 DPI for optimal print quality.
   • Maximum File Size: 15MB per image.
   • Color Profile: sRGB (recommended), CMYK is also accepted.

   We cannot provide editing services for any photos. It is the recipients responsibility to ensure the uploaded images are high-resolution, properly cropped, color-corrected, and free of any imperfections before uploading them to Mixbook. Photos that do not meet the recommended qualifications may result in lower print quality, and GlobeX Leisure & Travel is not responsible for the print outcome of low-resolution or unedited images.
